Deborah has 40 years worth of experience in the health and social care industry, working with both young adults and seniors, and supporting people to live independently.
Deborah started her career as a hospital volunteer and never looked back. She fell in love with being able to make a real difference in someone’s life simply by interacting with them. As Regional Manager in the West Midlands, Deborah is passionate about supporting our Home Managers to deliver outstanding care to our residents and their families.
In her spare time, Deborah loves to spend time with her family, and enjoys paddleboarding with her friends.
