To all our residents, relatives and friends,
You may have seen that the government has today issued new guidelines in regards to visits to care homes. We wanted to reassure you that we are working closely with Public Health England to determine a robust and dynamic risk assessment to implement these new guidelines as soon as possible, whilst ensuring the continued safety and protection of our residents and staff.
In the meantime, we can confirm that any outdoor visits that have already been arranged are still able to go ahead according to our current visiting guidelines, and that we are still able to facilitate regular Facetime and Skype calls. These can be arranged directly with your home.
We will shortly be back in touch with details of our updated visiting guidance. We appreciate your patience whilst we make sure that we accommodate your future visits in the safest way possible for everyone.
