Median gender pay gap

The difference in the median pay between female and male individuals is men’s hourly rate is 3.9% higher than women (compared to 5% higher in 2022).

Mean bonus gender pay gap

The difference in the mean bonus pay between female and male individuals is women’s rate is 21.3% higher than men (compared to 7% higher in 2022).

The difference in the median bonus pay between female and male individuals is men’s rate is 0% higher than women (compared to 0% higher in 2022).
