Ideal Carehomes has been named in the “Top 20 Recommended Mid-size Care Home Group in the UK” 2017 as part of the carehome.co.uk awards for a second year in a row.
The award recognises Ideal Carehomes’ impressive group score of 9.4/10 on the leading comparison website. The news has added further celebration to the recent success of Ideal Carehomes’ Chris Beech, Chef at their care home Newfield Lodge in Castleford, who won the prestigious award for Cook/Chef at the Great British Care Awards 2016/17.
The carehome.co.uk Awards highlight the most recommended care home groups in the UK based on reviews submitted by residents as well as families and friends of residents. Reviewers are asked for their opinion on key parts of care home life, including: Care & Support, Staff, Food & Drink, Activities and Value for Money. They are also asked how likely they would be to recommend the home to others.
One of Ideal Carehomes’ reviewers posted: “I can’t thank them all enough for their consideration and care and for allowing my dad the dignity and compassion which each and every one gave him, thank you”.
