Meet Lee Daly – Home Manager at Leicester Care Home, Beaumont Hall

As Registered Home Manager, Lee Daly will lead the team to provide the very best person-centred care to residents.

Lee has over 10 years of social care sector experience, he has worked his way up through his career first joining the industry in 2010 as a Care Assistant. Lee continued to grow his skills and knowledge achieving his Level 5 NVQ in Management in 2015 before taking on senior management positions.

Lee is passionate about continuing the great work at Beaumont Hall, which promotes person-centred care and independence for the people who live there, as well as encouraging his staff team to progress in their roles and follow their career goals.

Lee said, ‘I am delighted to be part of the Beaumont Hall team. I look forward to getting to know everyone and welcoming new residents to our home. It is a big decision to move into care, so my aim is to make each resident and their families feel at home, right from the very start’.
