Catherine joined the Ideal Carehomes family in March 2021 as Regional Director for the South Midlands Region.
Catherine has a wealth of social care knowledge, with a career spanning 25 years working across many positions including management roles from the age of 24.
Catherine has worked in multiple care facilities across the East Midlands, Crewe and Oswestry.
Catherine has specialised in working within nursing care environments, with an array of residents with varying needs.
Catherine has also been awarded the Regional Manager award for FSHC, recognising her desire to provide the highest standards of personalised care.
Catherine has personal connections to the industry, following her mothers stay in a nursing home, Catherine believes she can see social care from all angles and sides of the journey and the is her motivation to help her teams to be the best that they can be and for the people in our care to truly enjoy their lives and continue to live life to the fullest. Catherine also believes that laughter is important and a smile cost nothing but can make a person feel like the most important person in the world.

The staff who work in our homes/regional/head office are so passionate and engaged about what they do. Everyone is really friendly and helpful.
