Mean gender pay gap

The difference in the mean pay between female and male individuals is women’s hourly rate is 18% lower than men (increase from 5% in 2017).

Median gender pay gap

The difference in the median pay between female and male individuals is women’s hourly rate is 4% lower than men (decrease from 9% in 2017).

Mean bonus gender pay gap

The difference in the mean bonus pay between female and male individuals is women’s hourly rate is 3% lower than men (decrease from 24% in 2017).

Median bonus gender pay gap

The difference in the median bonus pay between female and male individuals is women’s hourly rate is 5% lower than men (decrease from 53% in 2017).

The proportion of females who received bonus pay is 2.7% and 2.8% of men receive bonus pay.
