The difference in the mean pay between female and male individuals is men’s hourly rate is 5% higher than women (compared to 0% higher in 2020).

Median gender pay gap

The difference in the median pay between female and male individuals is men’s hourly rate is 3% higher than women (compared to 2% lower in 2020).

Mean bonus gender pay gap

The difference in the mean bonus pay between female and male individuals is women’s rate is 68% higher than men (compared to 39% lower in 2020).

Median bonus gender pay gap

The difference in the median bonus pay between female and male individuals is men’s rate is 40% higher than women (compared to 64% higher in 2020).

Proportion of males and females receiving a bonus payment

The proportion of females who received bonus pay is 5% and 10% of men receive bonus pay.
