Lorraine joined Ideal Care Homes as Regional Director in July 2021. She is a registered Nurse with 25 years of experience working as a theatre sister before moving to manage governance and risk compliance in the ambulance service. Lorraine also has a wealth of knowledge in group operation management and quality.
Lorraine is passionate about care and enjoys supporting our Home Managers and staff teams to provide the highest standard of care possible. Lorraine loves being part of a team that delivers the very best in care for older people whilst working to alleviate the negativity that can sometimes surround the social care sector and driving positive change for the future.
Lorraine works with our North Midlands homes and enjoys building strong relationships with residents and their families. She welcomes feedback and suggestions and is always available to help with any queries.
