Stacey is passionate about making Ideal homes exceptionally great places to live, where residents continue to lead full and active lives.
Her devotion to providing the best in resident care is borne out of sixteen years’ experience in the sector – at the tender age of 22 she found herself managing a 40 bedded nursing and residential home and has worked in the sector ever since.
A Leeds University Psychology graduate, Stacey is completely people focused but understands that for people to succeed, they require the right tools and processes to do their job.
A hands-on leader who possesses a genuine grass-roots understanding of how care homes operate, Stacey has successfully embedded an ethos of quality and excellence into the DNA of Ideal Carehomes and in 2019 launched the Ideal Care Awards – a company wide celebration of the people, the care workers, care managers, lifestyle managers, domestic and kitchen teams, who all make Ideal what it is today.
Stacey is married and lives with her family in Brighouse.
