To all our residents, relatives and friends,
As you will be aware, the U.K. has now moved to the ‘delay’ phase in response to the continued spread of COVID 19 (Coronavirus).
It is our absolute priority that we continue to do everything we can to safeguard our residents and staff and it is key that we all work together in order to protect our homes. Our policies for visitors currently remain as follows:
We are monitoring the situation carefully and will be ready to close our homes to all visitors should conditions change. Our infection control measures remain at the highest standards and anyone visiting our homes will be required to wash hands and sanitise before signing in.
With the Coronavirus being at the forefront of everyone’s mind, we will ensure that our lines of communication remain open and that we regularly update you with information. Our homes will continue to post on their Facebook pages and we hope this goes some way to reassure you that we are doing our very best to carry on with life as normal for our residents, in order to minimise disruption to them and maintain wellbeing.
Full contact details for our homes and links to Facebook pages can be found here: Click Here
As covered in our last communication, our contingencies (set out in 11th March update – click here) for each area of care home life to remain unaffected are still in place and we continue to follow government guidelines and respond immediately to any further advice from the Department of Health.
Further guidance can be found on the NHS and government websites:
Our updates will always be posted on our dedicated website page: Click Here.
Thank you for your continued co-operation,
